1. Large Shaft Size Of Industrial Turntable Bearing

The shaft size of industrial turntable bearing is too large, so the industrial turntable bearing will be relatively tight.

In this case, we should provide appropriate tolerance for the shaft of swing bearing, and it is strictly forbidden to be too tight.

2. High Swing Bearing Oil Level

The grease coated with swing bearing such as the crane slewing bearing is too much or the oil level is too high.

In this case, the swing bearing will remove excess grease through the sealing hole, and the lubricating oil will drop the oil level just below the bearing box.

Improper type of grease or lubricating oil leads to lubricant failure. In this case, we need to re-select the appropriate type of lubricating oil.

3. Low Swing Bearing Oil Level

In this case, the oil level outside the shaft diameter should be just below the retainer, and appropriate grease should be added.
